Services

Six things we build, and they are meant to be built together.

Levels, retaining, surfaces, water and planting are one system on a Perth block. We quote them as separate line items so you can stage the work, but we design them as a whole.

  • Landscape design & site plans

We measure the block, record the fall and draw a scaled site plan: hard-landscape layout, finished levels, drainage, lighting positions and a planting schedule by species and pot size.

The drawing is detailed enough to price, permit and build from — whether we build it or you take it elsewhere.

  • Limestone retaining & terracing

Natural and reconstituted limestone walls, garden steps and multi-level terraces that convert a slope into usable ground. Every wall gets its drainage layer, agricultural drain and outlet.

Where a wall needs engineering sign-off or sits on a boundary, we tell you before the quote, not after the excavator arrives.

  • Paving, decking & edging

Granite, travertine and concrete paving on a compacted base with a proper fall, plus jarrah and composite decking where a level change or a tree root makes paving the wrong answer.

Clean edging between lawn, bed and paving is what keeps the whole garden looking maintained.

  • Reticulation & waterwise irrigation

New systems and repairs to existing ones: zones split by plant type and soil, drip line to garden beds, sprinklers only where turf actually needs them, and a controller programmed to the sprinkler roster.

We pressure-test and adjust every station before we hand it over, and show you how to change it seasonally.

  • Native & waterwise planting

Planting schemes built around species that cope with coastal exposure, reflected heat and long dry summers — kangaroo paw, grevillea, banksia, westringia, native grasses and structural succulents.

Beds are conditioned with clay and compost and finished with a mulch depth that keeps the surface cool.

    Planting · Soil · Mulch

  • Lawn, turf & soil preparation

Levelling, soil improvement and turf laid to a graded, wetting-agent-treated base — couch or kikuyu chosen for sun, shade and how much traffic the lawn will take.

If a lawn is the wrong call for the aspect, we will say so and suggest what belongs there instead.

Reticulation, specifically

Zoned by what is growing, not by what is convenient.

The most common fault we find in existing Perth systems is a single station watering lawn, garden bed and verge together. The lawn dictates the run time, the beds get drowned or starved, and half the water lands on paving.

We split stations by plant type and soil, run drip under mulch where sprinklers would only feed the air, and set the controller to what the roster actually permits for your day.

  • Separate stations for turf, garden beds and verge
  • Drip and subsurface line to beds; sprinklers only over turf
  • Pressure-tested and adjusted station by station before handover
  • Controller programmed to your rostered watering days and seasons
