Terraced, planted and reticulated gardens for Perth blocks.
We design and build gardens end to end — limestone levels, paving, reticulation and waterwise planting that holds up through a Western Australian summer.

Levels before plants
Most Perth garden problems are fall and drainage, not species choice. We shoot the levels across your block first, then design retaining, steps and paths to work with the slope instead of fighting it.
-
Built for sand
Coastal Perth sand drains in minutes and holds almost nothing. Every bed we plant is conditioned with clay, compost and a wetting agent so water and nutrient stay in the root zone.
-
Water within the roster
Reticulation is designed around the Perth sprinkler roster and your soil profile — drip to garden beds, separate stations for lawn, and a controller you can actually understand.
From a levels survey to a garden that establishes itself.
We handle design, hard landscaping, irrigation and planting as one job, so the retaining, the drainage and the planting plan are drawn by the people who have to build them.
-
Landscape design & site plans
A measured site plan with levels, a hard-landscape layout and a planting schedule you can price, stage or build straight from.
-
Limestone retaining & terracing
Limestone block and reconstituted limestone walls, garden steps and terraces that turn an unusable slope into level ground you can plant and walk on.
-
Reticulation & waterwise irrigation
New reticulation and system repairs — zoned by plant type and soil, set to the sprinkler roster, with drip and subsurface line where sprinklers only waste water.
A garden here is a soil problem before it is a design problem.
Perth's coastal plain is largely deep, pale sand over limestone. It is fast-draining, low in organic matter and often water-repellent by the second summer, which is why so many gardens look established for a season and then thin out.
We build the profile before we plant it: clay and compost through the sand, a mulch layer heavy enough to keep the surface cool, drip line under the mulch, and species that are content with what the roster allows.
- Soil conditioned with clay and compost, not just topped with new sand
- Drip line laid under mulch so water reaches roots instead of evaporating
- Species chosen for coastal exposure, salt-laden wind and reflected heat
- Retaining and paving detailed with drainage, not left to run onto neighbours
